• Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and instructional strategies for diverse learners
• Familiarity with teaching math concepts to students with varying abilities
• Ability to collaborate with educators, support staff, and families
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to students with special needs across multiple grade levels
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with federal and state regulations

• Work closely with other teachers, support personnel, and families to coordinate services
• Manage classroom behavior and provide positive reinforcement
