Key Responsibilities

Review and moderate user-generated content across social media platforms in German and English, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and community standards.

Identify, assess, and action potentially harmful, abusive, or policy-violating content including hate speech, misinformation, graphic material, and spam within social media environments.

Analyse reported content, accounts, and behavioural patterns to detect coordinated inauthentic behaviour, fraud, and other emerging threats to social media integrity.

Accurately classify and escalate complex or sensitive cases to specialist teams in accordance with established internal workflows and escalation protocols.

Provide detailed written assessments and documentation of trust and safety decisions, maintaining high accuracy and consistency across all reviewed cases.

Continuously develop knowledge of evolving social media trends, emerging threats, and policy updates relevant to the German-speaking digital landscape.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, policy, and product departments to support ongoing improvements to trust and safety frameworks.

Contribute to the achievement of team quality and productivity targets, helping to maintain a safe and positive experience for social media users across German-speaking markets.
