Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

YHE Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, invoicing, bookkeeping, and financial record maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions
• Process accounts payable and bill payments
• Prepare and send customer invoices
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
• Assist with accounts receivable and collections
• Organize financial documents and reports
• Support month-end closing and other accounting tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 1+ year of accounting experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to work on-site in Eastvale, CA

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or transportation industry
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bookkeeping
• Experience processing invoices and bill payments

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
