Mobile Patrol Guard (Security)

Top Tier Security is Hiring – NIGHT SHIFT GUARDS NEEDED

Phoenix & Surrounding Areas (Tempe, Glendale, North PHX, West Valley, East Valley, etc.)

36–48 hours/week | $19–$23/hr | Immediate Openings

We’re seeking professional and reliable security guards to join our team for NIGHT SHIFT positions .

At Top Tier Security, accurate daily reporting is a non-negotiable part of the job. If you’re not consistent with documentation, this position is not for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct perimeter and door checks regularly throughout the shift
• Monitor all traffic entering and exiting the property
• Submit detailed electronic reports before the end of every shift no exceptions
• Represent the Top Tier Security brand with integrity and professionalism

✅ Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have an active Arizona Security Guard License
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or have a Resident Card and SSN
• Must write clearly in English (for shift reports)
• Able to walk and patrol for extended periods
• Must pass a drug test
