Pay Range:

$8.60-$15.50The Beverage Server is responsible for taking drink orders, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and providing friendly, efficient service to guests in the bar, lounge, or restaurant areas. This role ensures a welcoming environment, maintains service standards, and supports overall beverage operations.JOB DESCRIPTION

Supervision Received: Assistant F&B Manager / F&B Manager

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience

  • Previous restaurant, bar, or hospitality serving experience preferred.
  • Experience with POS systems and cash handling a plus.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to carry trays and serve beverages safely and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and basic cocktail preparation preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service and age verification laws.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25-30 lbs.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests, take drink orders, and deliver beverages promptly.
  • Provide menu knowledge and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
  • Open tabs, process payments, and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, tables, and stations.
  • Restock glassware, garnishes, service trays, and beverage supplies as needed.
  • Assist bartenders with preparing garnishes or simple beverage items when required.
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and notify management of issues as needed.
  • Follow all sanitation, safety, and company policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
