Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time (Includes on-call rotations)

As a Service Dispatcher / Administrator, you will be the central hub of field operations. You will balance strategic routing with high-level administrative support, keeping the service team running efficiently while providing top-tier communication to clients in real time.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Dispatching: Optimize routes and schedules to maximize field technician efficiency and reduce travel times.
- Real-Time Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, service technicians, and the warehouse team.
- Resource Logistics: Identify, reserve, and stage required parts and tools before dispatching technicians to job sites.
- Emergency Support: Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation to manage urgent customer breakdowns.
- Data & Admin Management: Open, track, and close technical work orders using the internal ERP system; prepare service quotes and maintain accurate technician logs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years of dedicated customer service, dispatch, or service coordination experience.
- Technical Aptitude: Mechanically inclined with the ability to read technical manuals; previous industry experience is a massive plus.
- De-escalation Skills: Proven ability to reassure and guide anxious customers experiencing equipment downtime.
- Software & Typing: Proficiency in MS Office and a typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Physical Readiness: Comfortable with desk/phone work, walking the warehouse floor, and a willingness to learn forklift operation for emergency part retrieval.
