We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Maintenance Technician HVAC Certified and Bilingual as a plus to support the Maintenance Manager in the day-to-day operations of a large multifamily community. This role blends technical maintenance expertise with coordination responsibilities, including vendor management, unit turns, inventory control, and work order prioritization.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the property maintains an impressive curb appeal by keeping the community grounds and buildings clean and properly taken care of.
• Provide outstanding customer service to current residents, prospective residents, vendors, and colleagues.
• Maintain property grounds in a safe and clean manner year-round.
• Manage and contribute to the apartment turnover process including cleaning, painting, and repairs.
• Complete maintenance forms and logs accurately and in a timely fashion.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 2-year related experience and/or training.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• HVAC Certified.
• Capable of lifting 50lbs.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Able to work nights and weekends and be available for on call shifts.
