Job Summary
The Senior Operations Specialist is responsible for monitoring and improving daily operational performance, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), managing escalations, and maintaining high-quality execution across operations. This role requires a data-driven professional who can leverage AI tools, analyze operational metrics, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily operations to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with SOPs.
Handle operational escalations and resolve critical cases promptly.
Review workflows, identify process gaps, and recommend improvement initiatives.
Track, analyze, and report operational KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
Utilize AI tools and automation to optimize operational processes and improve productivity.
Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to internal standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve overall performance.
Support the development and implementation of new operational processes and initiatives.
Maintain accurate documentation and operational reports.
