We at The Premier Group are seeking motivated and skilled Licensed Journeyman Electricians to join our dynamic team! As a key member of our electrical crew, you will be responsible for executing a variety of electrical projects across commercial, industrial, and renovation sites. Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems on construction sites, including high voltage and low voltage wiring
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical schematics to accurately execute project plans
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other testing equipment to diagnose electrical issues
  • Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and industrial electrical systems to support automation projects
  • Follow the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards to ensure compliance and safety on all installations
  • Collaborate with construction teams on renovation projects, framing carpentry, and handyman tasks as needed
  • Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems using schematics and blueprint reading skills to identify potential issues before they escalate

Qualifications

  • Valid Journeyman Electrician license is required; must be current and in good standing
  • Proven experience as an industrial or commercial electrician with a strong background in construction site work
  • Familiarity with low voltage systems, high voltage wiring, schematics, and blueprint reading
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing devices
  • Knowledge of NEC standards and safety protocols related to electrical installations
  • Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is highly desirable
  • Ability to read technical schematics and perform renovation or construction-related electrical tasks
  • Handyman experience or frame carpentry skills are a plus for versatile project support
