We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC/Refrigeration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various HVAC equipment. Must have the ability to maintain walk-in coolers/freezers, reach in coolers, wine cellars and ice machines with complete confidence. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients while ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems (walk-in coolers, freezers, reach-ins, ice machines, low-temp equipment)
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to keep systems running efficiently
- Install new refrigeration and low-temp equipment when required
- Accurately document service work and communicate with office/dispatch team
- Follow safety standards and EPA regulations
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent Vessel with professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of commercial refrigeration/HVAC experience (low temp focus preferred)
- EPA 608 Certification (required)
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, controls, and diagnostic tools
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team

Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday, with rotating on-call/weekend availability.
