We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC/Refrigeration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various HVAC equipment. Must have the ability to maintain walk-in coolers/freezers, reach in coolers, wine cellars and ice machines with complete confidence. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients while ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems (walk-in coolers, freezers, reach-ins, ice machines, low-temp equipment)
  • Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to keep systems running efficiently
  • Install new refrigeration and low-temp equipment when required
  • Accurately document service work and communicate with office/dispatch team
  • Follow safety standards and EPA regulations
  • Deliver excellent customer service and represent Vessel with professionalism

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of commercial refrigeration/HVAC experience (low temp focus preferred)
  • EPA 608 Certification (required)
  • Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, controls, and diagnostic tools
  • Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday, with rotating on-call/weekend availability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
