Extension is seeking an Accounting/AR Specialist for a contract to hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Big Bend, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Manage customer invoicing and accounts receivable
- Process customer payments and prepare bank deposits
- Assist with job costing and project paperwork
- Coordinate permits and inspections
- Provide administrative and accounting support to the office team
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Associates/Bachelors in Accounting required
- Open to new grads with administrative or internship experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
