Inside Sales

Martin Sprocket & Gear is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Arlington, TX team! In this position, you will work with our team to manage existing customer accounts, create new customer opportunities, and exceed customer satisfaction expectations. You will interact with outside sales, engineering, manufacturing, and shipping to deliver products to our customers. You should have a love for communicating and building relationships with customers, as well as working with a team to provide leading-edge industry solutions in a variety of power transmission and material handling applications.
