To enhance customer satisfaction, the full-time remote Bilingual Client Support Manager will collaborate with installers, manage project pipelines, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the customer experience. Key responsibilities Provide world-class customer service and resolve inquiries or concerns Strategically partner with installers to enhance the customer experience Manage a pipeline of projects to ensure timely completion and conduct due diligence checks Required qualifications Bilingual in Spanish is required Knowledge in solar, mortgage, and finance Proficient with Excel and data analysis Ability to manage projects from start to finish Strong ability to multi-task and work independently
