We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Office Manager for our Business Development team. This is a full-time position with medical insurance available, and part-time opportunities are also considered.

The ideal candidate will be a new graduate or an experienced professional with a passion for taking initiative and implementing innovative tasks. You should possess the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key qualifications include:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A collaborative spirit as well as the ability to work independently
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Google Docs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic graphic design (e.g., flyers)
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, especially Facebook; experience with websites is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, with strong written and communication skills

We encourage applicants with a background in education, preferably a master's degree, though a bachelor's degree is also acceptable. We are an educational institute and may provide H-1 Visa sponsorship for qualified candidates if needed.
