Key Responsibilities
- Provide a positive and meaningful experience by maintaining excellence as our standard and delivering exceptional customer service to members, guests, and employees with professionalism and care.
- Have thorough knowledge of all club amenities and services to assist the Community Safety and Security Team (CSST), members, and support club operations.
- Continuously monitor security systems, including video surveillance (CCTV), intrusion detection, fire alarms, and access control, to identify potential incidents and report unusual or critical events to supervisors.
- Respond promptly to alarms, security breaches, or other emergency situations, dispatching and coordinating appropriate action to ensure incidents are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Analyze events, alerts, and real‑time data to determine the severity and impact of security threats, taking appropriate action as needed.
- Operate and troubleshoot security systems to identify vulnerabilities, resolve issues promptly, and maintain optimal support for security operations.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., physical security IT, club operations) to execute coordinated responses and resolve incidents effectively.
- Liaise with local emergency services and law enforcement agencies to coordinate responses, maintain effective communication, and provide necessary support.
- Stay informed on emerging threats and trends through external threat intelligence sources and proactively implement countermeasures.
- Exemplify all health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a safe, secure environment.
- Document detailed accounts of security incidents, accidents, or violations; prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
- Assist in investigations and provide timely information to supervisory personnel or other requesting entities.
- Coordinate with the IT team to protect the privacy and confidentiality of members and guests.
Skills And Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to write clear incident reports.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact effectively with all individuals on property and external agencies.
- Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to security and safety in residential communities.
- Experience in security operations or as a CCTV operator.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Observational skills and precision in documenting incidents.
- Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods, monitor screens, and respond quickly to physical incidents.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security, law enforcement, or related fields are highly desirable.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior dispatcher experience.
- Experience with Genetec.
- Experience flying drones.
Additional Requirements
- Obtain and maintain an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate within 3 months of hire.
- Complete CPR/ First Aid/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
- Obtain FEMA ICS‑100 certification within 60 days of hire.
- Complete other required training as needed.
