Current Openings
Project Managers
Responsible for overall project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Manage contracts, change orders, and financial reporting.
Superintendents
Lead day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Oversee subcontractors, schedules, and inspections.
Maintain compliance with building codes and OSHA standards.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in commercial construction (industrial, medical, hospitality, office, or retail).
Strong knowledge of project management or field operations.
Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Superintendents: Hands-on experience with site management and construction techniques.
Project Managers: Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and client relations.
