Position Summary

Blackbird Health is looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for children, adolescents, and young adults, and be empowered to make a tangible difference in the lives of young patients and their families.

Employment Options Available

Part-time position for licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners.

W-2 Employee - Part-Time (20 hours/week)

Commitment: 20 hours per week total: 17 clinical hours + 3 non-clinical hours

Schedule: Flexible within business needs, emphasizing after 4pm weekdays and weekends

Work Model: Hybrid

Minimum 17 clinical hours

3 non-clinical hours

Compensation Benefits

Total Earning Potential:

This role offers a rare combination of income stability and growth potential—a guaranteed base salary with the flexibility to increase your earnings based on your availability and interest.

Base Salary: $72,500 for part-time schedule (20 hours/week)

Guaranteed income with predictable scheduling

Hybrid 2 days onsite

17 clinical hours, 3 non-clinical hours per week

Minimum 10 hours during core hours (afternoons evenings ET weekdays and/or weekends)

Administrative hours completed remotely

Additional Earnings: Earn $100 per clinical hour for additional patients beyond your base caseload

Flexibility to increase income based on your availability and interest

Additional hours can be conducted virtually
