Restor Physical Therapy has been setting the standard for clinical excellence in Newport Beach for over 30 years. We are looking for a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. If you are clinically sharp, patient-centered, and looking for a practice where your work genuinely matters, this is your place.

What You Will Do

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess each patient's physical abilities, limitations, and goals (licensce permitting)
• Develop and/ or implement individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practice
• Apply a variety of therapeutic techniques to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall function
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and preventative care strategies
• Collaborate with lead therapist and our team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated patient care
• Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatment plans as needed to drive optimal outcomes
• Provide care across a range of presentations including orthopedics, sports rehab, geriatrics, post-operative recovery, home health, and community care settings

What We Are Looking For

• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of California
• A degree in Physical Therapy, Exercise Science or Physical Therapist Assistant studies from an accredited program
• Strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and physical therapy systems and techniques
• Previous experience in outpatient clinic, home health, inpatient, hospital, or geriatric settings is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and genuine ability to connect with patients, families, and care teams
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and continued learning in the field
• Valid CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain before start date)
