We’re a nature focused, play based preschool and daycare program looking to welcome new teachers to our team. Our team of teachers is truly what makes us special- they show up each day with purpose, kindness, collaboration, and joy!

Who We Are

Acorn to Oak serves children ages 0–5 through a program built on exploration, creativity, and connection. Inspired by Waldorf, Montessori, and Reggio Emilia approaches, our days are filled with outdoor adventures, hands-on learning, and meaningful relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Create a safe, nurturing, playful environment
• Plan and lead nature inspired, play based experiences
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and co-teachers
• Engage in the rhythm of the day- songs, stories, outdoor play, meals, naps, and more

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 12+ ECE units (Child Development, Child/Family & Community, Curriculum)
• 1+ year in a licensed childcare, preschool, or daycare setting
• Health & safety clearances (CPR/First Aid, TB, immunizations)
• Energy, flexibility, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Preferred

• AA or BA in ECE or related field
• 1+ years of preschool or daycare teaching experience

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
