Job Description
LA Speech Therapy Solutions/Cassi Alter, MA-CCC and Associates is a private practice specializing in children, based in the Silver Lake area of Los Angeles.
A full-time position as Office Manager is now open at our new North Hollywood location.
Cassi Alter, MA-CCC has been in business for over 20 years. She is looking for the right candidate to collaborate with and support her therapists at the North Hollywood clinic. An amazing opportunity to work with a wonderful staff at a top rate, beautiful, clinical setting.
Responsibilities include assisting the Senior Practice manager in the following areas:
- HR, including hiring and payroll
- Supply management
- Outside contract relations
- Collaborate with 3 other clinic location office managers
- Regular office tasks, including taking phone calls, answering emails
- Communicating with clients to review costs and scheduling options
- Scheduling in-clinic and in-home services
- Excellent interpersonal skills
