Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

In this role, you will operate as a trusted advisor and steward of your book, with the autonomy to work your market effectively and the support to do it well.

Your responsibilities include:

Advising clients on tailored personal and commercial insurance solutions

Building, managing, and retaining a profitable book of business

Developing accounts through referrals, networking, and strategic prospecting

Collaborating with a high-accountability team focused on long-term results

Upholding strong documentation, service, and ethical standards

Requirements
