Now Hiring: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Care | Pikesville, MD

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality, one-on-one care for a client in Pikesville, MD. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced LPN who is passionate about delivering personalized care in a home setting while building meaningful relationships with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• The LPN will provide bowel care and monitor the patient’s comfort and condition
• The LPN will assist with bathing and personal care activities
• The LPN will perform wound care and monitor for signs of infection or skin breakdown
• The LPN will manage and administer medications according to the prescribed care plan
• The LPN will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to support patient independence and well-being
• The LPN will observe and report changes in the patient’s condition to the care team
• The LPN will maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided

Schedule

• Mondays, Saturdays: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM

Requirements

• Active LPN license required
• Previous experience with wound care and ADLs preferred for the LPN role
• The LPN must be compassionate, dependable, and attentive to patient needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills preferred
