MBI, Inc. is a direct-to-consumer company behind brands including The Danbury Mint, Easton Press, and the Postal Commemorative Society. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to lead a high-volume fulfillment operation.
As Senior Operations Manager, you will lead a first-rate team of ~100 associates responsible for receiving, assembling, and shipping 10,000–15,000 orders daily. You will own execution, develop managers and supervisors, and continuously improve how the operation runs, especially during peak periods.
