Finish Trim Carpenter

Overview

Join our dynamic construction team as a Finish Trim Carpenter. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across various construction disciplines while working on diverse projects that challenge and inspire.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, assemble, and install interior and exterior trim including baseboards, crown molding, wainscoting, and door casings with precision
• Install doors, windows, fixtures, cabinetry, siding, and other finishing components to specifications
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete detailed carpentry tasks
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure all work meets safety standards and client expectations

Qualifications

• Preferred but not required experience in trim carpentry, door hanging, fixture installation, or related fields within the construction or restoration industry
• Preferred skilled in the use of hand tools (saws, chisels, hammers) and power tools (drills, sanders)
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights when necessary
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
