Role Overview

We are hiring a  Business Development Representative (BDR)  based in the  DACH region  to generate new meetings for senior sales. This is a  commercial role , focused on revenue generation, with personable communication skills considered a  strong advantage .

The role is  home‑base d, with no travel. Most prospecting, discovery calls, are delivered via  Microsoft Teams.

This position report s directly to the Senior BDR Director.

Fluent English and German are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities across the DACH region through outbound outreach, inbound follow‑up, and targeted prospecting.

Manage the qualification of incoming leads.

Build strong relationships with prospects at all levels, including senior stakeholders.

Maintain accurate lead management, and CRM discipline.

Work closely with Marketing and Partner teams to maximise lead flow and opportunity creation.

Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions .
