Physical Therapist

We are hiring a Full-time, Part-time, or PRN SNF Physical Therapist to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO.

• Provide direct patient care, evaluate needs, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with staff to achieve optimal resident outcomes.
• Document evaluations, treatment goals, and progress regularly.
• Participate in training and professional development.
• Qualifications include a license from the Colorado Board of Physical Therapy and APTA-approved education; experience in skilled nursing is preferred.
