1st Shift Foundry Coor/Relief (Dept 500)

Summary - In the absence of the Foundry Manager/Superintendent/Supervisor the Foundry Coordinator/Relief Supervisor will oversee the troubleshooting and continuation of all foundry processes in his/her area of responsibility. Individual will also supervise the foundry staff of their shift in the performance of those processes within the scope of responsibility. Individual must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and orally to effectively communicate critical information to management. Individual must demonstrate strong leadership qualities by setting a positive example to all employees following all policies and procedures.
