Identify, assess, and action potentially harmful, offensive, or policy-violating content with accuracy, consistency, and a high degree of cultural sensitivity towards the Italian-speaking audience.
Escalate complex or high-priority content cases to senior moderation teams or specialist departments in a timely and structured manner.
Accurately categorise and document moderation decisions using internal case management systems, maintaining detailed records to support quality assurance and reporting processes.
Stay continuously updated on the latest social media platform policies, content moderation protocols, and evolving digital safety standards relevant to the Italian market.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Trust & Safety, Legal, and Product teams to provide feedback that helps improve platform moderation tools and workflows.
Monitor emerging content trends and flag potential coordinated inauthentic behaviour, misinformation, or harmful viral content impacting Italian-language social media communities.
Participate in regular calibration sessions and quality audits to maintain high moderation accuracy scores and contribute to a positive, safe online environment for all users.
