Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Brand Strategy Operations is a six-month contract role built to provide strategic and operational support to the Chief Brand Officer (CBO). This role works closely with the Chief of Staff to the President. This is a high-visibility role for someone who excels at driving execution behind senior executives, anticipating needs, and ensuring priorities move forward seamlessly.

Reporting to the President’s Chief of Staff and dotted-line to the CBO, this individual will act as a trusted thought partner, driving operations for the Brand organization. Supporting the CBO, this role will improve executive efficiency by preparing for key meetings. It will also ensure progress on initiatives, develop executive communications and presentations, and represent the CBO in meetings when appropriate.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with executives, and exceptional at synthesizing sophisticated information into clear, executive-level communications.

What You'll Do

Executive Strategic Support

Serve as a reliable strategic partner and right hand to the Chief Brand Officer, partnering closely with the Senior Director of Brand Strategy.

Drive preparation for executive meetings through agenda development, briefing materials, talking points, and decision frameworks.

Anticipate executive needs by proactively identifying priorities, potential issues, and opportunities to improve effectiveness.

Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure commitments and deliverables remain on track.

Represent the CBO in meetings as appropriate, collecting key decisions, action items, and risks while ensuring timely follow-up.

Executive Communications Presentation Development

Develop polished executive presentations, narratives, and briefing materials for leadership audiences.

Lead development of Monthly Business Review presentations, Board of Directors materials, executive updates, and other Brand presentations.

Translate sophisticated business information into brief, impactful executive summaries.

Partner with leaders across Brand, Supply Chain, Finance, TMO, and Commercial Teams to gather inputs and ensure consistent messaging.

Operations Program Management

Monitor strategic priorities, executive commitments, and follow-up actions across the Brand organization.

Build mechanisms that improve insight into progress against key initiatives.

Facilitate executive operating rhythms, including leadership meetings and cross-functional reviews.

Identify process improvements that simplify operations and increase organizational effectiveness.

Enterprise Support

Partner with the Chief of Staff on enterprise-wide central initiatives and executive priorities as needed.

Provide additional executive support during major business reviews, leadership meetings, planning cycles, and special projects.

Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that require coordination across executive teams.

Who You Are

7+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, chief of staff, program management, or a similar strategic leadership support role.

Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization.

Exceptional executive communication and presentation development skills with high-level proficiency in PowerPoint.

Outstanding project management expertise and a capacity to handle multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.

Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into concise executive recommendations.

Strong business judgment, discretion, and ability to handle highly confidential information.

Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.

Highly organized, meticulous, and proactive with strong follow-through.

Comfortable operating independently while handling ambiguity and changing priorities.

Experience supporting C-suite executives or executive leadership teams.

Consumer products, retail, or branded consumer goods experience preferred.

Consulting or strategy experience is a plus.

Experience preparing executive-level presentations for Board meetings or senior leadership reviews.
