Full Time Physiatrist Needed

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our full‑time team serving adult and geriatric patients across several Minneapolis‑area partner communities. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high‑quality rehabilitation services in post‑acute and long‑term care settings, with a strong focus on functional outcomes and patient independence.

What You'll Do

Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide skilled physical therapy services focused on mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence.

Treat primarily adult and geriatric populations in skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings.

Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.

Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) in accordance with Minnesota state guidelines.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

What We're Looking For

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Current Minnesota Physical Therapist license (or eligible).

Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
