Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Ohio Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
  • Previous school-based OT experience preferred, especially with K-8 and K-12 populations
  • Ability to work full-time (32 hours per week) in a split role between Lorain and Parma
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability to travel between sites

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality OT services to approximately 18 students (K-8) at the Lorain location and about 24 students (K-12) at the Parma site
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation
  • Support IEP goals and participate in relevant meetings and parent conferences
