What Ratliff Metal Spinning, a division of CaptiveAire, is looking for:

Ratliff Metal Spinning is hiring Production Workers to work as Machine Operators for our Englewood, Ohio manufacturing facility. If you are looking for meaningful work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled, and financially stable manufacturing environment, we’d love to have you join our team.

Note: Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check and a negative drug screen.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Overtime is rare, but may occasionally be required

We are looking for individuals who:

Demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Possesses basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand and power tools

Have basic computer and possesses strong organizational skills

Works effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Maintains reliable attendance and punctuality

Follows safety procedures and quality standards consistently

Job Description:

Operate a variety of CNC and manually controlled metal-forming equipment in accordance with job specifications

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine dimensions, tolerances, and production requirements

Prepare and load raw materials and parts into machines

Perform test runs to ensure machines are operating according to specifications

Set and operate machines to complete full production cycles

Monitor machine operation throughout production runs to ensure efficiency and consistency

Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to inspect finished parts for compliance with specifications

Perform routine daily maintenance and report equipment malfunctions as needed

Adhere strictly to company safety policies and established quality control procedures

Participate in on-the-job training and continuous process improvement initiatives

Job requirements:

Attendance and punctuality are essential requirements of this position

Demonstrates honesty and reliability

Works effectively in a team environment

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. on a continuous basis

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and independently

Possess basic math skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Word and Excel, preferred

Able to follow verbal and written work instructions accurately

CNC and prior production machine experience preferred

Have reliable transportation

Proficient in reading and writing English

Salary:

$20-$23 per hour based upon experience

Monthly bonus based on productivity profits
