Remote Project Accountant

Overseeing project cost accounting in a remote environment, the full-time Project Accountant will manage financial reporting, liaise with corporate accounting functions, and ensure compliance with company policies while supporting operations management.Key responsibilitiesOversee and report on project cost accounting and ensure adherence to company policiesIdentify and resolve project issues, reconcile project cost reports, and manage the monthly invoicing processAssist the Regional Controller with account reports and collections, and prepare management reporting schedules related to accounts receivablesRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent relevant experience requiredSeven or more years of corporate accounting experience preferredPrior project accounting experience within the architecture, engineering, and/or construction industry preferredThorough knowledge of GAAP and experience with an ERP system requiredRelevant certification (e.g., CMA or CPA) preferred but not required
