Job Summary:

Starbucks is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support daily store operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced coffee shop environment. This role includes beverage preparation, handling customer interactions, and ensuring smooth store workflow. The position focuses on maintaining high service standards, product quality, and a welcoming environment for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare coffee, espresso, and cold beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
  • Accurately take customer orders and process payments using cash and card systems.
  • Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service.
  • Handle food items while following proper food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and customer areas.
  • Restock supplies such as cups, ingredients, and products throughout shifts.
  • Assist in drive-thru operations when required.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order completion.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic numerical ability for handling transactions.
  • Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
