Work Environment
Working in our onsite skilled nursing facility, CNAs are part of a multidisciplinary team that provides round-the-clock care to our residents. Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
- Monitor and document vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, to keep the healthcare team informed about patients’ conditions.
- Support patient mobility and ambulation, helping residents move safely within the facility using assistive devices as necessary.
- Aid in meal service, including assisting patients with eating and hydration, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, prioritizing hygiene and comfort.
- Be proactively involved in patient transfers and positioning to prevent bedsores and ensure optimal comfort.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a trusting relationship and alleviating feelings of isolation.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team, including nurses and physicians, to provide comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patients.
- Accurately document patient care activities and any significant observations in a timely manner, contributing to ongoing care discussions.

In this role, you will work primarily with elderly patients and individuals recovering from surgeries or acute illnesses. Qualifications
- Must hold certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) from an accredited program and possess an active certification in good standing with the state regulatory agency.
