Objective:

Assemble products according to customer specifications while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and test components to meet specifications.
• Read blueprints and follow assembly instructions.
• Assemble, position, and fasten parts using hand and power tools.
• Align and adjust parts for proper fit.
• Connect wires, hoses, and tubing as specified.

Skills Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of tools, materials, and production processes.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and move 95% of the time.
• Lift up to 40 lbs. frequently.
• Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.

Environmental Exposure:

• Oil, grease, and noise levels up to 88 dB.
