Position Summary

The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and decision-making across our global operations. This individual will leverage advanced financial modeling and top-level Excel skills to provide insights that drive business growth, efficiency, and profitability. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance detailed financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
  • Conduct financial analysis of business performance, variance reporting, and trend identification to support decision-making.
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including operations, marketing, and strategy—to provide financial guidance and evaluate business initiatives.
  • Support global projects by analyzing investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and profitability drivers.
  • Assist with scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and ad-hoc financial requests from senior leadership.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in all financial reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA a plus).
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis,
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas, data analysis).
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance principles, and key performance metrics.
  • Experience with financial systems, ERP platforms, or BI tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a hybrid/remote work environment.
