Responsibilities

• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles and individual student needs, including special education and early childhood education.
• Utilize learning technology tools to enhance instruction and facilitate online learning environments.
• Conduct tutoring sessions to reinforce concepts, support struggling students, and promote academic growth.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative evaluations, adjusting instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to support student success and communicate progress clearly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in teaching reading, math, or related subjects within classroom or online settings.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional best practices.
• Familiarity with learning technology platforms and tools for online instruction.
• Excellent communication skills to engage students of all ages, including children and adults in education programs.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies based on individual learning styles and needs.
• Experience working with children, including preschool or early childhood education settings; special education experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated classroom management skills combined with patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.
