LEAD FROM THE FIELD. DRIVE HIGH-IMPACT PROJECTS.

We are seeking a hands-on Field Operations Manager to lead and execute Office and Industrial moving projects. Including FF&E installation and light handyman work. This role is fully onsite and field-based - you will lead crews, solve problems in real time, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. If you are an experienced crew lead, foreman, or installer ready for more responsibility, leadership, and earning potential, this is the next step.

Title: Field Operations Manager (Office and Industrial Moves)

Pay: $62,400 - $72,800 (based on experience)

Status: Exempt

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily field operations (office and industrial moves) at Royal Hawaiian Movers.
  • Lead and supervise crews performing:
  • Office and industrial relocations
  • FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) installation
  • Manage projects from:
  • Disassembly - Transport - Installation - Completion
  • Perform and oversee:
  • Light handyman work, assembly, mounting, and adjustments
  • Ensure:
  • Projects are completed on time and within scope
  • High standards for safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Minimal damages and strong crew performance
  • Communicated with dispatch/office regarding schedules, scope changes, and job progress
  • Step in and work alongside crew members when needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills, Abilities, And Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in one of more:
  • Commercial moving
  • Office furniture installation (FF&E)
  • Field operations, logistics, or similar
  • Proven experience leading or supervising crews
  • Valid Hawaii Driver's License (Minimum of 3 years)
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced, on-site environments
  • Ability to lift, carry, and work in physically demanding environments
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screening (to include marijuana, medical marijuana, and THC)
