Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to medical staff and help ensure the smooth operation of our treatment and diagnostics room within the Skilled Nursing Facilities we support.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, NO ON CALL, NO NURSING HOME DUTIES, NO WEEKENDS!!

Duties:

• Conduct assessments, follow protocol and Provider directives
• Provide direct support to the Physician and Nurse Practitioner for the treatment room
• Gathering information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition, treatment plans, or appropriate activities
• Review chart and physician orders
• Provide needed documentation in eCW and PCC
• Respond effectively to emergency situations as needed
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care

Qualifications:

• Unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour

Experience:

• Skilled nursing facility: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• LPN (Required)
• IV Certification (Required)
