We're looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for our customers and help keep our front office running smoothly.

Respons ibilities
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience
- Check customers in and assist with vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups
- Communicate repair updates to customers throughout the repair process
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the production team
- Create, update, and manage repair orders using CCC ONE
- Match invoices and receipts to repair orders and maintain accurate records
- Process customer payments and assist with basic office accounting tasks
- File and organize repair documentation and insurance paperwork
- Assist with administrative tasks to support daily shop operations
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
