Utilize tools such as Microsoft Project and ERP systems to track progress and performance

Champion a strong safety-first culture across all sites

Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, including JHAs, LOTO, and PPE requirements

Lead safety meetings, hazard assessments, and proactive risk mitigation

Apply lean construction principles to improve workflow, eliminate waste, and enhance field execution

Identify risks early and drive practical, real-time problem solving

What You Bring

5–10+ years in construction management, field supervision, or industrial project execution

Strong experience in mechanical and electrical equipment installation environments

Background working with skilled trades (millwrights, electricians, pipefitters, welders, etc.)

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P IDs, Electrical schematics and Construction documents

Experience with industrial or regulated environments (manufacturing, energy, chemical, pharma)

Proven ability to lead field teams and coordinate subcontractors

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
