We are seeking a qualified Client Experience Manager - Quality Assurance. Remote/hybrid options will be considered. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related work experience. Insurance claims auditing of law firm clients from the insurance company side is preferred. The position requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of the claims and litigation management process. This position reports to the firm’s Chief Client Experience Officer and requires daily interaction with our attorneys and staff throughout the firm.
