Entry-Level Paramedic

Salary Range: $73,394.83 - $112,102.00 depending on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess each call situation to determine the most effective action using progressive Paramedic protocols.
• Apply your skills with advanced medical equipment such as defibrillators, EKG monitors, and intravenous systems to deliver quality care.
• Provide clear communication and reassurance to patients and their families during critical situations.
• Lead the Paramedic team, ensuring smooth scene and unit management.
• Drive the ambulance during 911 responses, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate professionally with healthcare and public safety personnel as well as fellow Paramedics.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage in community outreach programs to enhance the organization's public image and foster strong community relationships.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• State Paramedic License.
• Valid State Driver's License.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NREMT-Paramedic.
• Driving record that complies with company policy.
• Successful completion of the Physical Agility Test.
• Prior work experience in healthcare is preferred.
