✔ Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years diesel, trailer, or fleet maintenance experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Valid DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain within 72 hours
- Must supply personal hand tools
- Strong knowledge of: diesel engines, trailer systems, hydraulics, air systems, brakes, electrical systems, liftgates, and auxiliary equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be 21+
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- High personal standards for safety, documentation, and workmanship
- Ability to diagnose problems quickly and make smart repair decisions

Responsibilities
You’ll be the face of Elite Fleet Services in the field — trusted to deliver professional, efficient, high‑quality work.
- Perform DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel trucks, trailers, and fleet equipment
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, brake systems, air lines, electrical systems, hydraulics, pumps, cylinders, liftgates, welding/fabrication, panels, and framework
- Operate and maintain a company‑issued service truck, including daily safety checks and pre/post‑trip inspections
- Manage parts inventory, tools, and equipment on your truck
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide accurate updates
- Prioritize multiple jobs and manage time efficiently in a mobile environment
- Document all work performed using a company‑issued iOS device with photos and detailed notes
- Complete DOT forms and all required documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain productivity and work within standard repair times
- Represent Elite Fleet Services with professionalism, integrity, and high‑quality workmanship
- Uphold safety standards and follow all company policies and procedures
- Identify additional repair needs and communicate them clearly to customers and dispatch
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service truck
