Coffee Experience Associate

Qualifications:

• Having prior customer service experience is recommended.
• A history of handling cash is beneficial.
• While recommended, barista experience is not a must.
• A basic understanding of math concepts and the ability to count accurately are vital.
• Capacity to work on one's own with minimal monitoring.
• Competence in English reading, communication, and recipe following is a prerequisite.
• Meeting the Food Handling Certification obligation is essential.
• It is essential to adhere to the designated attire guidelines.
• Physical requirements could involve tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing.
• The use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) could be mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertly handle cash and credit card transactions through the operation of a register/POS system with precision.
• Offer salutations and guidance to clients, anticipaing their requirements to promote a positive interaction.
• Implement the brand's protocols when crafting and delivering coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Adhere to the set standards of the facility when preparing and delivering food items to customers.
• Prepare and maintain the cash register, complete the cashier's report, and handle bank transactions.
• Comply with the cash handling protocols and rules established by Aramark.
• Install and dismantle coffee bar, workstations, or retail space in a way that promotes cleanliness and structured arrangement.
• Keep the work area clean and hygienic, making sure to sanitize equipment as needed.
• Supply beverage coolers, convenient snacks, service items, and condiment options.
• Ensure that all procedures for food and drink preparation adhere to health and safety regulations for sanitation purposes.
• Be willing to handle any other tasks as mandated by managers.
