Description - Your Impactful Role• Conduct a variety of clinical laboratory tests-from routine to advanced in chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-aligned with established protocols.

• Evaluate results for accuracy, address discrepancies, and carry out maintenance as well as calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and sample preparation as needed to ensure testing readiness.
• Accurately document all lab procedures, help in training new staff or interns, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe laboratory environment in adherence to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree; preparation for ASCP/AMT certification is expected.

Certifications• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire.

• Ongoing maintenance of current certification throughout your employment.

Skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster teamwork within the healthcare environment.

• Able to exercise independent judgment and problem-solving skills in dynamic or high-pressure settings.
