Motor Milestones has been providing Early Intervention therapy services in the Metro Denver area since 2008 and has a reputation as a leader in providing quality Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy as well as Early Childhood Special Education. We have experience working with children with mild to global developmental delays, Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Down syndrome and other chromosomal disorders and syndromes. Motor Milestones uses the primary service provider model and can address the whole child’s needs, including fine motor, sensory issues, feeding and oral motor concerns, as well as speech and language issues. Our outstanding providers travel throughout the Metro Denver area and are eager to evaluate and provide Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Early Childhood Special Education services to families in any area of town.

We are looking for a full or part time early intervention speech-language pathologist to join our team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and ECSEs.
Qualifications
- Colorado Speech-Language Pathology License (or in process) and ASHA Card
- Enjoys working with children and caregivers
- Works well in a team environment
- Collaborates with other team members
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy treatment to children birth to 3 years of age
- Work with children who were born prematurely, have sensorimotor and feeding delays, as well as children who have been diagnosed with ASD, Down syndrome, and other diagnoses
- Provide coaching to parents and caregivers to empower them to help the child meet their goals
- Collaborate with team members and families
- Document therapy interventions and strategies

Compensation
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75-$80/hour. Employees build their own schedule.
Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Medical, Simple IRA, paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the company’s plan.
