We are looking for ambitious Bilingual Telephone Sales Representatives who are fluent in English and Spanish to join our sales team. In this role, you will engage with customers over the phone, identify their needs, recommend products and services, and close sales while providing an exceptional customer experience in both languages.

  • POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls in English and Spanish.
  • Build strong customer relationships through professional communication.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend products and services that provide value.
  • Explain features, pricing, and promotional offers.
  • Address customer questions and overcome objections confidently.
  • Process orders and accurately document customer interactions.
  • Meet or exceed established sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and confidentiality requirements.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Excellent verbal communication and sales skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience.
  • Ability to type at least 20 words per minute.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Preferred

  • One year of bilingual sales, customer service, inside sales, retail sales, or contact centre experience.
  • Experience meeting sales targets and working in a commission or incentive-based environment.
