Compensation: $30 per completed X-ray

Schedule: Approximately one day per week (based on patient volume)

About the Role

FE Medical Center is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Radiologic Technologist to join our team as an Independent Contractor (1099).

The selected candidate will perform diagnostic X-ray examinations using the clinic’s equipment while ensuring patient safety, image quality, and compliance with all applicable standards.

This is a flexible, part-time opportunity ideal for a licensed professional looking to supplement their schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations as ordered by providers.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
• Operate the clinic’s X-ray equipment safely and efficiently.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Follow radiation safety protocols and infection control procedures.
• Verify patient identity and physician orders before each procedure.
• Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records.
• Communicate effectively with providers and clinical staff.
• Report any equipment issues or maintenance concerns.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Radiologic Technologist License required.
• ARRT certification is a plus.
• Experience performing diagnostic X-rays.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
